Nose Reshaping

Non-surgical rhinoplasty is a medical procedure in which injectable hyaluronic acid dermal fillers are used to alter and shape a person's nose without invasive surgery. Non-surgical rhinoplasty or non-surgical nose job is used to correct a wide range of defects in the nose by re-shaping, re-balancing or resizing it in harmony with surrounding area. Treatment areas of nose include:

  • Folds of the nose.
  • A bump or ‘hook’ on the bridge of the nose.
  • Asymmetrical nose.
  • Crooked nose.
  • A flat or a low bridge

Whilst there is a place for surgery, the "15 Minute Nose Job" has so many benefits, many people are opting for this treatment as an alternative to surgery or before embarking on surgery.

The procedure really does take 15 minutes and there are about 4 or 5 injections to the nose so discomfort is kept to a minimum. The results are immediate with no downtime, or bruising. You should avoid touching the area, massage it, or wear glasses on the day of the procedure.

The results are expected to last 6-12 months.

Case study 1

This patient in her 20s had a moderate dorsal hump and inverted bridge. Dermal filler was used to even the profile and lift the tip of the nose in order to smooth the nose in profile.

Such post treatment results may only last 4-8 weeks however but choosing the return for a review treatment plan at £395 (excl. VAT) the patient returned 6 weeks later for a further treatment and the result had improved longevity of approximately 6-9 months.

The patient's profile has been transformed in with a result that arguably could surpass the results from surgery.

CASE STUDY 2

This patient in her 20s had a significant dorsal hump and bridge inversion (see top left photo). Two sessions would be required in order to reshape the nose.

The top right photo show the result post-treatment after the first session and the bottom left photo shows the change when she returned for her second session. Also some of the product had remained in the bridge of the nose, as expected there was a significant fall in the tip once the treatment swelling had reduced.

The second session result can be seen on the bottom right photo and this result has lasted the patient 9-12 months. Via the illusion of reshaping the nose, it now appears smaller and less prominent.

CASE STUDY 3

This patient wanted a smoother profile and so hyaluronic acid dermal fillers were applied to the bridge and nasal tip. A great result was achieved with a much smoother profile, elevated nasal tip and the overall impression of a smaller nose because attention was not drawn to the previous bump in the nose.
