Juno Aesthetics strive to provide a service at competitive prices; however when patients fail to arrive for appointments, clinicians are left idle. If we were to make allowance for patients not arriving for their appointments, it would mean that prices would have to increase.

Patients are charged a one off £30 booking administration fee for standard treatments which is fully redeemable against treatment or products. Please note that this booking fee is not refundable if you fail to attend your appointment or you choose not to go ahead with treatment for personal reasons. The booking fee is no longer redeemable after 6 months from your consultation date. (The booking fee is applicable only for treatments with a minimum spend of £30).

If you fail to attend your consultation but would like to re-book please note an additional booking fee of £30 will apply.

Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment.

I will endeavor to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, for reasons beyond my control, I may need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice. In this unlikely event, we will make every effort to contact you in advance and the booking fee will be refunded. 

All changes to appointments (either by the patient or clinic) must be done with the phone number used at the time of booking, it is not practical for messages of this nature to be communicated by email.  If the patient changes phone number, you must contact the clinic to inform of this change.

Treatment Terms

  • All patients are required to provide contact details; including address, telephone and email in order to secure an appointment.

  • All patients will complete a medical history form at their first appointment, this is necessary to inform the consultation and treatment planning process.

  • All information will be treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation

  • Patient information will not be shared with third parties without written permissions and you will not receive unsolicited information from us. You may choose to remove yourself from our mailing list at any time by unsubscribing.

  • We do not treat children or young adults under the age of 18.

  • Please do not bring children to the clinic unless they are old enough to be left unsupervised.

  • Children will not be allowed to accompany you into the treatment rooms


Refunds are offered on any unopened skincare/cosmeceutical products returned in a saleable condition with an original receipt.  Opened products cannot be refunded. However, if a product has caused any adverse reaction, please come back to the clinic with the product so that I can carry out an analysis, and if appropriate I can substitute the product which is causing an adverse reaction.

Please be aware that your treatment price includes delivery of a treatment and the accompanying service, which is inclusive of;

·       Consultation and assessment

·       Provision of information and advice

·       Safe treatment with evidence based products

·       Follow up appointments and aftercare advice and support as appropriate

Whilst we undertake to provide excellent service; factual, honest and ethical advice, safe, expert treatment in experienced hands and only the best products, we cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations.

  • Any adverse reaction must be reported within 48 hours of your appointment.
  • There will be no refunds for any treatment course that has already commenced.
  • Treatments which have taken place cannot be refunded.
  • No refunds are offered for any treatments that form part of a promotional offer.

Juno Aesthetics will not be liable for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client. This includes travel to the premises in the event that it is not possible to offer an appointment.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provide Juno Aesthetics with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Juno Aesthetics will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.

The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Juno Aesthetics regarding the care of a treated area.
