If you haven’t received my previous email about this (it may have gone to junk mail, or you might not be subscribed), I wanted to personally inform you of a recent change to our clinic hours.
We are still open on weekends; however, to balance my other commitments: weekend daytime appointments continue and weekday evening appointments are now available only on select days. As a result, weekly clinic capacity has decreased from approximately 20 patients to 12–15. This means last-minute appointments will be harder to find.
Additionally, if you miss an appointment (due to illness or any other reason), the booking fee will be retained. You are welcome to rebook, but a new booking fee will apply, and there may be a wait time of 3–4 weeks.
To ensure you get the appointment time that works best for you, please book as far in advance as possible. For all scheduling, rescheduling, and administrative inquiries, please contact reception at 0191 720 3084.
Reception opening times are:
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am - 7pm
Friday: 8.30am - 6pm
Saturday: 9am to 3pm
Sunday or Bank Holiday: Closed
If you are a new patient, please book for an in-person consultation via the online booking portal or call reception.
I truly appreciate your understanding and support during this transition. It’s essential for me to maintain my stamina so I can continue providing the best care possible—something I can’t do if I’m working seven days a week and handling administrative tasks in the evenings.
